Terms of use
By using Nireye, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use Nireye. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
Nature of the service
Nireye is for reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice.
Nireye offers tarot spreads, card reference material, learning resources, and a daily card for reflection, entertainment, and general information. The service is not medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice. Tarot is a symbolic tradition; Nireye does not claim to predict fixed future events or know another person's private thoughts.
AI-generated content
Interpretations may be produced or assisted by artificial intelligence, including OpenAI or a paid Google Gemini service depending on configuration. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your situation. Do not rely on it as a factual prediction or a substitute for qualified professional help.
Accounts and saved readings
Sign-in is optional. Guest saves remain in browser storage on the device where you saved them. Signed-in users can sync eligible saved readings, notes, resonance selections, and follow-up answers to a Nireye database profile linked to Auth0.
Keep your sign-in method secure and do not use another person's account. Nireye is not intended as the only backup for important or sensitive records. You can manage, export, or delete Nireye account data from the Account page. Auth0 identity deletion is handled separately as described in the Privacy policy.
Your content
You keep any rights you have in questions, feedback, and journal notes you submit. You give Nireye a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to deliver the features you request, secure the service, and provide support in accordance with the Privacy policy. Do not submit content you lack the right to use.
Acceptable use
Use Nireye lawfully and respectfully. Do not disrupt the service, bypass safeguards or rate limits, probe non-public systems, scrape at abusive rates, impersonate others, upload malicious code, or submit unlawful content. Do not use Nireye to make automated decisions about another person's employment, housing, credit, health, legal rights, or safety.
Intellectual property
Nireye software, branding, original text, and interface design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes; they do not transfer ownership.
Original Rider–Waite–Smith card-face illustrations used by the service are public-domain works and are not claimed as exclusive Nireye property. Sources and credit information appear on the Attributions page. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Nireye is not endorsed by Wikimedia Foundation or any modern tarot publisher.
Availability and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, misuse, or protection of users and the service. You may stop using Nireye at any time and delete Nireye account data from Account.
No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nireye is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, specific outcomes, or that content will meet your expectations.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nireye and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of data, profits, or opportunities; decisions made from site content; or third-party service outages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable federal law of the United States and the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law, disputes relating to these Terms or Nireye will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
General terms
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without consent; Nireye may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of the service, subject to applicable law.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the product or law changes. Material changes will appear here with an updated date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
