Three areas of attention
Mind invites reflection on the thoughts occupying your attention. Body asks about your everyday pace, comfort, and need for rest. Spirit makes room for values, connection, and a sense of meaning. These are reflective prompts, not categories that diagnose your health or determine your identity.
The triangular arrangement gives each area its own place. Read the numbered cards in order and then look for a connection: perhaps your pace makes less room for something you value, or a repeated thought is drawing attention away from a simple need.
Choose care that fits your day
You can begin without a question, or ask where you could make a little more room for balance. Check the interpretation against your real circumstances. The cards do not know your symptoms or medical history, and they do not recommend treatment.
Choose one modest action rather than trying to optimize every part of your life. Save a note about what you actually tried. At a later revisit, compare that experience with your original reflection rather than treating the cards as a score for how well you lived.
Explore the symbols in context
These cards offer examples of themes you might explore with Mind, Body & Spirit. They are not a required combination or a promise about which cards you will draw.
