A three-card spread for self-reflection
Self-reflection tarot turns an image into a prompt for honest observation; it does not diagnose you or reveal a fixed hidden truth.
Use Notice, Underneath, Respond
Notice describes the feeling, behavior, or situation already visible. Underneath asks which need, fear, or assumption may be shaping it. Respond offers a small, compassionate action you can try.
Write your own first impression before reading a guide. The scene, color, or figure that catches your attention often explains why this particular card is useful as a prompt today.
Keep interpretation provisional
Use phrases such as this may reflect or I wonder whether. Tentative language leaves room for evidence and prevents a difficult card from becoming a label about your identity.
If a question touches trauma, crisis, abuse, or health, use appropriate professional or community support. A reflective spread can accompany care, but it cannot provide assessment or treatment.
Choose one observable response
Close by naming an action small enough to complete: write one boundary, ask for clarification, schedule rest, or gather a missing fact. Save the reading and revisit it after the action rather than redrawing immediately.
