A weekly tarot reflection spread

A weekly spread is a review ritual: it looks for a pattern across several days instead of trying to predict the next seven.

Use Review, Carry, Focus

Review asks what deserves acknowledgment from the week that ended. Carry identifies a lesson, resource, or unfinished thread. Focus names where deliberate attention could help next week.

Anchor the draw with evidence from your calendar or journal. A remembered conversation, repeated task, or energy pattern gives the symbols something real to illuminate.

Keep the time horizon honest

The Focus card is not a promise about what will happen. Treat it as a hypothesis about what may deserve attention. If the card suggests rest but deadlines are real, ask what a sustainable boundary would look like inside those constraints.

Avoid adding positions until the spread becomes a catalog. Three roles make week-to-week comparisons possible and keep the ritual short enough to repeat.

Save one sentence, not a transcript

Record the three cards and one synthesis sentence. At the next review, compare the sentence with the week rather than judging whether tarot was right. The useful signal is how your attention and choices changed.
